  • Assess and interpret diagnostic tests, evaluate patient needs, and respond appropriately.
  • Offer primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and execute patient care plans.
  • Supervise ancillary staff and uphold professional nursing standards.
  • Requires graduation from a recognized nursing program, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
