Nursing Home Clinical Leadership Position

Clinical nurse managers play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care, leading teams of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident care and services, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and standards.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, promoting a culture of excellence and supporting their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with the nursing home's administration to integrate services seamlessly and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Significant experience as a clinical nurse manager or assistant director of nursing, with a strong track record of delivering excellent patient care.
- At least 3 years of post-registration experience in a nursing home environment, with a focus on management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
