Brightwater have partnered with a global insurer that are looking for an experienced Claims Handler to add to their team. This insurer has a reputation for retaining staff and offering excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a portfolio of motor and personal injury claims from start to finish
  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance principles, products, policies, and claims philosophy.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Consistently adheres to customer service level agreements and CPC guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and telephony skills; adept at explaining liability, coverage, indemnity, and policy conditions to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and ensure accuracy.
  • Experienced in litigation processes and procedures.
  • Fully aware of the consequences of errors, omissions, or poor service.

Experience/Requirements:

  • CIP Qualified preferred
  • 4+ years claims experience
  • Personal injuries experience preferred

Remuneration Package

  • Salary depending on experience from €40,000 - €47,000
