Overview

We are recruiting for part-time Floor staff for our gorgeous cafe in our location at Avoca Village.

Duties
  • Clearing & setting up tables
  • Restocking and replenishing as needed
  • Customer service & ensuring they are well looked after
  • Customer Service – A high standard of customer service is required for the role, including assisting customers in person, via phone, etc.
  • Previous experience working in the food industry desirable
  • Till use – scanning items and taking payments, managing queues in a timely manner
  • Good food/retail product knowledge
  • Following HACCP, Health and Safety Procedures, ensuring completion of training in all areas (training provided)
  • Opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager
Requirements
  • Cleanliness/Organisation is essential in this role
  • Experience working in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent timekeeping is a key requirement
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills is essential
