The Role

With an opportunity to progress to Partnership Level they currently have a vacancy for an experienced Solicitor with 6-8 years PQE in both Private and Commercial Areas but specialising in the following:

  • General Plaintiff and Defence Litigation including Insurance Defence Litigation
  • High volume Caseload of Personal Injury Claims for high profile clients.
  • Maintaining Regular contact with clients in relation to case status while also keeping them updated in relation to current Irish legislation.
  • Experience with all Court Jurisdictions and high value High Court cases.
  • Plaintiff and Defence Personal Injury Litigation.
  • Claims Administration and dispute resolution.
Additional Experience

Additional Experience in the following is a distinct advantage:

  • Probate and Administration of Estates. General estate planning and drafting of wills.
  • Dealing with both contested and non-contested Applications for Grants of Probate/ Administration of Estates Intestate.
  • Preparation of Enduring Power of Attorneys and the registration with the High Court Ward of Courts.
  • All areas of property related matters including residential conveyance which includes acting for both Commercial and Private Clients.
  • Debt Collection.
  • Landlord and Tenant related matters.
  • Licensing matters including Club Licences, Extensions, Lotto Licence, Restaurant & Special Restaurant Licences, Occasional Licences & also acting for objectors.
