Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide superior customer service while identifying and prioritising customer needs.
  2. Drive sales of ancillary products to meet monthly targets using our service-based sales process.
  3. Ensure all customer contact information is up-to-date, including driver's license details and other documentation to protect company assets.
  4. Efficiently process customer transactions to avoid wait times.
  5. Prepare fleet orders and liaise with departments such as the garage and returns team to maximise fleet availability.
  6. Accurately complete contract documentation with customers.
  7. Inform customers of practical information such as fuel type, toll information, roadside assistance, and vehicle return procedures.
  8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, taking responsibility for own health and safety and that of colleagues.
  9. Perform any additional ad hoc duties as required.
