Job Description

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of transformative residential rental projects across the country.

The role involves managing letting and property matters relating to a portfolio of cost rental tenancies, directing external letting and property management agents, and overseeing the management of tenant relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Letting and Property matters relating to a portfolio of Cost Rental tenancies.
  • Directing and working closely with external letting and property management agents and internal teams as applicable.
  • Implement agreed letting terms with property management/letting services suppliers and manage their performance to agreed metrics including absorption rates, occupancy, voids, and arrears.
  • Oversee all inspections (periodic and tenancy related) of properties and liaise with and direct property manager and maintenance contractors, seeking competitive quotes for works in compliance with procurement guidelines.

Person Specifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct residential lettings and tenancy management experience.
  • Must have PSRA licence 'C' as a prerequisite and have property-related educational qualification.
  • SCSIS membership desired with pathway identified to Chartered Status.
