Permanent full-time position, located in Dublin 16, Hybrid

Join my Clients team as an Insurance Sales Executive

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and keen to develop your career in the insurance industry? My client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their Customer Service Department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of personal lines insurance, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and post-sale customer queries
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through professional and friendly interactions
  • Work towards retention targets by providing outstanding support and solutions
  • Accurately maintain and update customer information in our Applied Relay system

Experience And Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines insurance.
  • APA qualification.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.
  • Highly motivated and resilient.
  • Relay knowledge an advantage.
