You're an experienced drainage engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions. You've worked on highway and urban drainage projects, ideally within the Irish market, and are confident using hydraulic modelling tools and drainage design software. You're either Chartered or actively working towards chartership, and you're ready to take the next step in your career by supporting the Drainage Discipline Lead and coordinating with colleagues across Ireland, the UK, and our Global Delivery Centres.

You'll be based in Dublin or the surrounding area, with the flexibility to work from home and the expectation to be in the office or on client sites at least two days per week.

As Senior Drainage Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Drainage Discipline Lead in delivering drainage design services across all stages of project development. You'll work closely with colleagues in Ireland, the UK, and globally to ensure technical excellence and seamless coordination. You'll also help develop junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our drainage capability.

* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards chartership
* Based in Ireland (Dublin or surrounding area preferred)
* Experience in drainage design for highways and urban environments
* Strong understanding of Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) standards and the SuDS Manual and other drainage guidance
* Proficiency in drainage modelling software and tools
* Working knowledge of health and safety legislation
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across teams and with clients
