Job Description:Senior Social Care Worker (Residential Services)

Contract: Full-Time

Schedule: Includes shift, evening, and weekend work as required

We are currently seeking a Senior Social Care Worker to join our Residential Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a middle management role in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Role Overview

As a Senior Social Care Worker, you will operate at a middle management level and will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy. While key decisions will be made in consultation with your line manager, day-to-day responsibilities will require independent judgment and leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
  • QQI Level 8 Degree in Social Care/Social Care Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the field of intellectual disability
