Role Overview

This is a hunter-style outbound sales role focused on identifying and engaging prospective clients who are considering switching MSPs, are concerned about cybersecurity, or are interested in leveraging AI and automation to improve operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted SME prospects
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Stay informed on industry trends, especially in Cybersecurity, AI, and Automation
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, appointments, and conversions

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in IT or tech services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools. Understanding MSP services and SME business challenges is a plus. Salary note: Salary posted is based on Full Time.
