We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Head Housekeeper to join a high-standard private household in the Ballsbridge area of Dublin. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a well-managed and supportive environment.

Please note that as this is a live-out role, accommodation is not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of a large private residence
  • Collaborating with a second housekeeper to manage a 7-day rota, allowing for flexibility and alternating weekends off
  • Ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the home
  • Adapting work hours when necessary to accommodate household guests (with notice)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Polished and experienced, with a background as Housekeeping Manager, Accommodation Manager or Assistant Housekeeper, five-star experience an advantage
  • Emphasis on discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Confident managing routines in a busy, high-standard household
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
