We are seeking a highly-talented QA Engineer to join our Product Engineering team and be a part of our journey as we continue to innovate in the Quality Assurance and Customer Service industries.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA analysts to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse test results, identify defects, and report findings with detailed documentation.
- Perform post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure stability.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and API testing using Playwright
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements to testing processes and tools.
What are we looking for:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Expertise in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and test management tools (e.g., XRAY, TestRail, or QAlity Plus).
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
