About The Role
  • Represent Rite Window by promoting our high-quality products and services to prospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events
  • Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations highlighting our premium products and expert installation services
  • Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge
  • Leverage this opportunity as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in Sales or Management
Key Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
  • Self-starter attitude with a drive to exceed goals
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others
  • Open to traveling within the local market as needed
  • Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities
