Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule service visits and maintain efficient routes to minimize drive time for our technicians.
  • Coordinating service, resolving issues, and supporting overall customer satisfaction to help your branch maintain and grow customers.
  • Use your listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs.
  • Monitor, update, and maintain accurate customer information in our database.
  • Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
