Job Description
  • Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Navigate our systems to track routes and optimize schedules, minimizing drive time.
  • Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs using active listening skills.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
