Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the success of our business.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner, ensuring stock loss controls are followed, maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene standards, and assisting in various tasks to support the smooth operation of the store.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across different shift times, on varied tasks, and with different colleagues. You will also receive training and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and advance your career.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. If you have previous experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment, that would be beneficial but not essential.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, rising to €17.40 after 3 years, plus additional pay for unsocial hours worked. Our benefits package includes generous holiday entitlement, company pension, and access to training and development programs.
