Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who can provide exceptional customer service, work effectively as part of a team, and multitask with ease. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the friendly face that greets and serves customers, ensuring their needs are met quickly and courteously.

  • Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
  • Prepare food items such as delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
  • Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, as well as assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
  • Evaluate store conditions, restock shelves as needed, and maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro.
  • Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
  • Team-oriented and enjoys working collaboratively.
