Shift Manager Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Shift Manager. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Description

The Shift Manager is a key member of our management team, responsible for leading shifts and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule who likes to have fun.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in food safety and inventory management is an asset.
