About Us

Halr Tech Group is a leading technology recruitment firm, specialising in connecting top talent with innovative companies in emerging industries. We are currently seeking a Food Tech Sales Executive to drive business growth in the rapidly expanding food technology sector.

This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional who understands the intersection of food and technology, with experience in B2B sales, SaaS solutions for the food industry, or food technology innovations.

OTE Y1 - $40,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in the food technology sector, including food production, food delivery platforms, and smart kitchen solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue and market penetration.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including food manufacturers, distributors, and tech startups.
  • Solution Selling: Promote and sell innovative food tech solutions such as AI-driven food analytics, automation tools, and smart food safety technologies.
  • Market Insights & Trends: Stay updated on food industry advancements and technological innovations to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to enhance sales performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in food technology, SaaS, or food manufacturing solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of food industry challenges, digital transformation, and emerging food technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales approaches.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience selling AI-driven food analytics, IoT solutions for food safety, or cloud-based food management software.
  • Knowledge of food sustainability trends, automation in food production, and regulatory compliance in food tech.
  • Established network within the food manufacturing, food service, or retail sectors.
