We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.

What You'll Do as Chef de Partie:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to delight our guests.

  • Assist in crafting innovative menus using seasonal ingredients.

  • Support and mentor junior kitchen team members.

  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen while ensuring health and safety compliance.

  • Work collaboratively to manage inventory and minimise waste.

What We're Looking For in a Chef de Partie:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.

  • A culinary degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.

  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-energy kitchen.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

  • Passion for creating outstanding dishes and memorable guest experiences.
