Singlepoint is looking for a Data Analyst to join our fast-growing software delivery team in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidates will primarily work on client site at the European headquarters of one of the world's leading Social Media companies.

This is a unique opportunity to join our Agile team working with Singlepoint's consultants onsite. We are ideally looking for a candidate with experience in operations, strong SQL skills, and BI visualization expertise.

Duties:

  • Focus on process improvement and automation of core projects
  • Create and maintain key datasets and reports to monitor performance of markets and products
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and executing efficiency opportunities
  • Provide business analytics to support growth initiatives
  • Manage the development of centralized tools for data extraction and insights
  • Conduct analysis using internal and external data to inform business decisions
  • Analyze performance across channels and identify revenue growth levers
  • Support sales strategies through performance analysis
  • Contribute to shaping sales operations and strategy

Required experience:

  • Post-college experience in a quantitative field such as business analytics or intelligence
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with large databases
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau
  • Data visualization skills and scalable reporting experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to derive practical insights from complex datasets
  • Experience in online advertising is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
