Overview

Job Title: Head of Procurement

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement & Supply Chain for a senior leadership role with significant visibility across the organisation, responsible for shaping procurement strategy, driving supplier relationships, and delivering long-term value.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a procurement strategy aligned with organisational goals
  • Lead negotiations and supplier relationship management to optimise cost, quality, and service
  • Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Drive process improvements, risk management, and compliance across the supply chain
  • Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making and deliver measurable impact
About You
  • Proven track record in procurement leadership roles, with experience managing complex supplier ecosystems
  • Strong background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation
