Uniphar are embarking on an ambitious, multi-year transformation program and are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Developer to support our teams across our transformation initiatives. The role requires an experienced and dynamic developer with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. The Dynamics 365 Developer will support and enhance existing functionality and build out greenfield Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions as we continue to grow and innovate.

Technical Experience

• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE, specifically in Customer Service environments.
• Knowledge and experience working in a Managed D365 environment.
• Configuration of Power Automate to automate business processes.
• Deploying solutions using CI/CD pipelines (manual deployment to test and production environments will not be allowed).
• Experience of Git source control.
• Support the CRM Architect in documentation and oversight of configuration and integrations.

Dynamics CRM Experience

• Configuration of Tables, Views and Forms to support Customer Services processes.
• Configuration of Business Process Flows within the context of CRM.
• Configuration of Security Roles.
• Configuration of Workflows and Power Automate Flows.
• Ability to develop plugins.
• Ability to develop JavaScript libraries.
• Experience with Canvas Apps is advantageous.
• Maintain up-to-date skills on new features, services, and cost models.

Project Responsibilities

• Work within guidelines and objectives defined by any project or program.
• Work within an Agile sprint structure.
• Report task updates and status reports to relevant project streams.
• Prioritize work items and tasks based on project or program guidance.

Key Skills & Experiences

• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 development experience, preferably with Customer Engagement (CE/CRM).
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform.
• Ability to design innovative, reusable solutions and components.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and integrations.
• Experience building plugins, workflows, cloud flows and logic apps.
• Experience designing integrations in Azure.
• Experience building web apps in Azure is a bonus.
• Experience with ALM tools (e.g., Git for Enterprise, Azure DevOps).
• Experience integrating with SAP is a bonus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud and solutions architecture context.
• Experience implementing access controls and governance policies.
