Responsibilities

- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners/vendors.
- Contribute to projects involving Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies (Azure, SharePoint, IoT, AI).
- Follow established software development and release management processes.
- Draft detailed specifications and coordinate with offshore development teams.
- Implement technical updates and offer advanced application support.
- Engage with end-users to enhance system performance and security.
- Document workflows and monitor system health.

Qualifications

- Over 5 years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related platforms.
- 3+ Years leading a team
- Proven expertise across various industry sectors.
- Strong skills in software development and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Proficiency in both on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions, including data and system integration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and associated platforms.
