About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza The Gresham Dublin, a very busy 4 star hotel in the heart of the city.In this senior role, you will be integral in

• Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards in 3 busy outlets inour 400 bedroom property
• Managing Writers Bar & lounge, Toddy's Brasserie and The Gallery Restaurant
• Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Implementation and maintaining service standards.
• Overseeing staff training,
• Monitoring inventory and cost control
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Developing a successful partnership with the kitchen team.

What We're Looking For

• Proven minimum 2 years food and beverage management experience in large busy 4/5 star hotels
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
  
• Hospitality qualification is desirable but not essential
• Successful applicant must be able to begin employment within 1 month of confirmed offer.

• Gross salary:€45,000-€50,000
• Annual leave:20 days
