Food Safety Consultant & Team Leader Roles Location: On the Road Covering Dublin & surrounding areas Salary: €35,000 €55,000 (DOE) Employment Type: Full-time & Part-Time, Permanent About Us At Hygiene Management Systems, we deliver expert hygiene and food safety solutions to clients across the food industry. The Opportunity We are looking to expand our team with two roles: Team Leader & Food Safety Consultant Lead a small team of consultants while delivering expert advice and hygiene management solutions to clients. Food Safety Consultant Provide consultancy, audits, and training support under the guidance of our experienced team, Full and Part Time. Key Responsibilities (Both Roles) Deliver expert consultancy on food safety and hygiene management. Conduct audits, training, and programme design for clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Support compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and best practices. Additional Responsibilities for Team Leader Lead, mentor, and support a small team of consultants. Allocate workloads, manage project timelines, and monitor team performance. Ensure the team delivers consistently high-quality service. Who Were Looking For Essential (Both Roles) 3rd-level qualification in Food Science or Environmental Health. Full, clean drivers licence and access to your own vehicle. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additional Requirements for Team Leader Minimum 3 years experience in food safety consultancy, including supervisory or leadership experience. Desirable (Both Roles) Experience in food safety auditing, programme design, or training (full training provided if required).
