Assistant Producer for Graphics (Part Time, Specified Purpose Contract), Virgin Media Ireland

About the Role:

This role involves ensuring live graphics are accurate, timely, and impactful during broadcasts of live sports such as UEFA Champions League, Six Nations, and League of Ireland. The position requires collaboration with production teams, a sharp editorial eye, and the ability to work flexibly around live sports schedules. The contract runs from September 2025 to May 2026, approximately 64 hours per month, with flexible working days.

Specific Duties & Tasks:

  • Oversee accuracy and timeliness of live sports graphics.
  • Collaborate with graphics operators and production teams.
  • Monitor game statistics and key insights, alerting the team to storylines.
  • Work with producers and directors to select appropriate graphics.
  • Verify graphics for accuracy and relevance before broadcast.
  • Assist in other production roles as needed.
