As a Consulting Manager, you'll spearhead end-to-end transformations across our expansive portfolio. Imagine reengineering the offboarding process for thousands, replacing traditional tools with cutting-edge AI solutions, and automating tasks to save countless hours. You'll leverage Python, LLM APIs, and tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP to achieve rapid results.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead complex operational projects, including M&A integrations, system migrations, and large-scale organizational changes.
• Create and deploy automations to replace CRM and task management tools using Python and LLM APIs.
• Utilize AI-powered workflows with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP to eliminate manual tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Direct initiatives from analysis to execution, applying strategic judgment and proven methodologies.
• Engage in a technical challenge to showcase your expertise in developing AI-driven solutions.

• Managing extensive teams or relying on hierarchical structures to accomplish tasks.
• Enduring lengthy alignment meetings or depending on group consensus to proceed.
• Delegating critical tasks to IT or third-party vendors; you'll design and implement solutions hands-on.

Consulting Manager Key Responsibilities

Innovate and implement AI-centric operational systems that minimize manual work, simplify complexity, and enable scalable execution across Trilogy's software portfolio.

Basic Requirements

• Reside in North America (excluding California), South/Central America, or Western Europe (UTC -8 to UTC +2).
• Possess over 5 years of leadership experience in enterprise software operations.
• Have 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Support, Sales, or Collections.
• Proficiency in writing Python automations and integrating with LLM APIs.
• Experience with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or equivalents for deploying production-ready automations.
• Proven track record of independent thinking, rapid execution, and achieving high-impact results without extensive guidance.
  
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience leading significant organizational transitions such as M&A integrations or large-scale offboarding.
• A history of designing and deploying AI-focused operational systems.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
