About the Role

We are seeking a talented Freelance Marketing and Sales Consultant to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, optimize sales funnels, and drive growth for our SME clients. This project-based role requires a results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing, as well as effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and target audiences.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) from conception to optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Assist clients in optimizing their sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Identify new sales opportunities and support lead generation efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in marketing and/or sales roles, with a track record of achieving measurable results.

Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
