Roles

We are currently seeking to hire experienced professionals in the following areas with our clients:

  • Business Transformation Design (Strategy, Ops, Digital, Customer) - all levels
  • IT Solution Architecture (all levels)
  • Data Architect (Manager and Senior Manager)
  • Salesforce Architect (Manager and Senior Manager)
  • Technical Project Management/Delivery Lead (Financial Services - Payments, Cards, Channels, Mobile, Banking, Credit - Manager and Senior Manager)
  • Technical Business Analysis (Financial Services - Payments, Channels, Cards, Channels, Mobile, Banking, Credit - Senior Consultant)
  • Programme Delivery Lead (Payments, Channels, Mobile, Finance - Senior Manager and Director)
  • Business Transformation - Programme Manager/Director (Senior Manager and Director)
  • Tech Delivery Transformation - Insurance or Banking (Senior Manager or Director)
  • Finance & Risk Regulatory Reporting (Manager and Senior Manager)
  • Finance Regulatory Reporting and Transformation (Manager and Senior Manager)
  • AI and Data, Data Analytics (Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager and Director)
Qualifications

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

  • At least 5 to 8 years experience leading and delivering projects (UKI market expertise, private and public sector experience)
  • Strong Program and Project Management skills (PM certifications; PMP, PRINCE2). For Tech positions; TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, Salesforce, Microsoft platforms (such as Dynamics 365 and Azure), CRM systems.
  • For Data roles; Proven expertise in the relevant Data and Analytics domain, e.g. Data Strategy, Data Manipulation and ETL, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Advanced Analytics and AI. Tools; Database Management Systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL; Data governance and metadata management tools like Collibra, Alation, and Informatica Axon; ETL tools like Informatica or Talend, Teradata, Oracle, IBM Bd2 etc, Collibra, Alteryx; AWS, Azure, Python, R. Advanced Excel, and SQL expertise etc.
  • Experience of managing client relationships, people development, coaching and mentoring
  • A proven delivery track record leading Transformation Programmes.
  • Previous Consulting/Client Facing experience.
  • Experience working with clients across multiple industry sectors is beneficial, i.e; Financial Services (Core Banking, Payments), Public Sector, Utilities, Healthcare etc.
