Program Manager, Localization & Testing Strategic Programs

Location: Google Docks, Grand Canal Dock, Barrow St, Dublin

Duration: ASAP – August 3, month contract via Coyle Consulting)

Working Schedule: Hybrid

Hours: Standard business hours

Our client, a leading Tech company in the Docklands, is looking for an experienced Program Manager, Localization & Testing Strategic Programs to join the team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that drive localization and testing excellence across enterprise-scale projects.

Role summary: As a Business Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading program strategy, roadmaps, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery for large-scale initiatives. You'll work across multiple domains, including cloud transformation, application development, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable results will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic programs in localization and testing.
  • Own program planning, prioritization, and roadmap definition.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Build strong relationships and credibility across teams to drive alignment and results.
  • Ensure processes are compliant, scalable, and continuously optimized.
  • Develop effective communications tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead metrics development to measure and drive program success.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Support post-program implementation and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in program management, client services, or management consulting
  • 5–7 years of experience in localization project/program management
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end localization process
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
