Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that drive localization and testing excellence across enterprise-scale projects.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic programs in localization and testing. You will work across multiple domains, including cloud transformation, application development, data analytics, and cybersecurity.

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic programs in localization and testing.
  • Own program planning, prioritization, and roadmap definition.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Build strong relationships and credibility across teams to drive alignment and results.

Key qualifications include:

Minimum 6 years' experience in program management, client services, or management consulting.

5–7 years of experience in localization project/program management.

Deep understanding of the end-to-end localization process.

Strong background in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.

Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
