Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Strategist to lead our commercial effectiveness team, driving business performance and growth through data-driven insights and innovative strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies, with a proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant execution of commercial activities, leveraging market dynamics and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

This role involves strategic leadership, team management, and collaboration with local, regional, and global teams to drive success and alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate will be accountable for local performance meetings, country performance reviews, and brand planning cycles.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong background in business analytics.
  • Experience in developing and driving strategic directions within a commercial effectiveness or similar department.
  • Proven ability to define and implement commercial strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
