Job Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Insight Strategist to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst with at least 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, highly proficient in Power BI, and skilled in data governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of repeatable, scalable insight solutions across the organization.
  • Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and tools supporting day-to-day and strategic decision-making.
  • Insight delivery ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Leading high-impact, cross-functional analytics initiatives supporting strategic priorities such as customer insight, pricing, and performance optimisation.
  • Full lifecycle management of analytics projects from scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery and impact measurement.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to senior commercial stakeholders translating business goals into analytical frameworks and dashboards.
  • Design and delivery of insight products informing decision-making at all levels from C-suite to operational leads.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
  • Highly proficient in PowerBI.
  • Proven experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence executive-level stakeholders.
