Release Manager / Program Manager – Cloud and Data Operations

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Program Managerwith Experience around Business and Release Management to join a global cloud operations and innovation team. This role is pivotal in driving optimization initiatives across Datacenter operations, ensuring seamless deployment and release readiness of critical programs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead release readiness and deployment activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage risks and challenges impacting scope, quality, and timelines.
  • Develop and deliver strategic collateral to support program goals.
  • Communicate program benefits, plans, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support across teams.
  • Drive adoption and change management strategies for new initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, respect, and accountability.
