Agile Release Train Orchestration SpecialistA high-performing Agile Release Train Orchestration Specialist is needed to lead the way in delivering business value through the orchestration of Agile Release Trains (ART). This role involves facilitating ART processes and ceremonies, collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders, and serving as a servant leader for Agile teams within the ART.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in Agile leadership, with at least 2 years of successful experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence, with experience in administration considered a significant advantage.This role also requires certification in recognized Scrum Master certification and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is essential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate Agile Release Train (ART) processes and ceremonies
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders
  • Serve as a servant leader for Agile teams within the ART
  • Monitor and track progress towards PI objectives
  • Work with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
  • Embrace Agile principles, practices, and tools
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across distributed teams
  • Drive Agile transformation initiatives as a change agent
  • Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles and practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of successful experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for cross-functional teams
  • Jira and Confluence Mastery: Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence, with experience in administration considered a significant advantage
  • Certification: Recognised Scrum Master certification and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
  • Effective Communication: Excellent presentation, documentation, communication, and influencing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
