Job Title: Agile Transformation Specialist

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving Agile principles and practices across distributed teams. Your expertise in facilitating Agile Release Train processes and ceremonies will ensure seamless delivery of high-value software and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Orchestrating Agile Release Train processes and ceremonies, including PI planning and scrum of scrums sessions.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery priorities are aligned.
  • Serving as a servant leader for Agile teams within the ART, removing obstacles and encouraging collaboration.
  • Monitoring and tracking progress towards PI objectives, identifying risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Working with Lean Portfolio Management to harmonize strategy and execution, ensuring ART initiatives align with overall business goals.
  • Embodying Agile principles, practices, and tools, promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration across distributed teams to ensure everyone is working towards the same objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for cross-functional teams, with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience.
  • Jira and Confluence mastery, with experience in administration considered an advantage.
  • Recognized Scrum Master certification and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Passion for engineering challenges, with demonstrated creativity and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication, presentation, documentation, and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
