We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Specialist to lead our team's agile practices and principles implementation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting agility across the company.
Main Responsibilities:- Embark on an organizational transformation journey by promoting agile practices and ensuring all stakeholders comprehend the agile philosophy.
- Pioneer self-organizing teams utilizing your hands-on expertise.
- Provide expertise in Lean and Agile principles and facilitate team sessions.
- Squad coaching and mentoring experience.
- Certification as either a Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach (CSC), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist.
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to act as point of contact for clients/stakeholders.
- Strong communication, facilitation, persuasion, and influence skills.
