Drive Agile Transformation

We seek a dedicated professional to enhance the performance and delivery of technology teams.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate end-to-end Agile delivery for multiple projects, ensuring Scrum ceremonies and key team interactions are executed seamlessly.
  • Guide teams toward self-organization and cross-functionality, promoting accountability and commitment to deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and remove obstacles, engaging stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum and align with forecasted timelines.
  • Partner with Product Owners to maximize business value, manage priorities, and align delivery with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in team processes, tools, dynamics, and communication, supporting organization-wide adoption of Agile best practices.
  • Ensure delivery adheres to company frameworks and policies by identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master with multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile theory, methodologies, and practices, including estimation, planning, forecasting, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in training teams and the wider organisation on Agile concepts.
  • A passion for driving the resolution of complex problems and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster a transparent and trusting work environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile metrics and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience within Trade Surveillance and Capital Markets.
