Agile Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Agile methodologies across various teams.

You will facilitate Agile Release Train processes and ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will serve as a servant leader for Agile teams, monitoring progress towards PI objectives and identifying areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong project management skills, effective communication and influencing skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate Agile Release Train processes and ceremonies
    • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders
    • Serve as a servant leader for Agile teams

    • Identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile project management, with at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, effective communication and influencing skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
