Agile Transformation Specialist

As a Agile Transformation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enabling Agile ways of working across multiple software development teams. Your responsibility will be to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, and drive backlog refinement and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, and Team Leads.

You will monitor sprint progress, identify blockers, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues. Additionally, you will promote consistency in task detail, estimation, and completion across all Azure DevOps boards, track delivery risks, impediments, and dependencies across teams, and escalate where appropriate. Finally, you will produce regular reports on sprint progress, team velocity, and risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks, excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, ability to work across multiple teams with different working styles and maturity levels, proficiency in Azure DevOps for task and sprint management, organizational awareness and the ability to influence, and strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
