Job Title: Agile Team Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to enable Agile ways of working across multiple software development teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams on best practices, driving backlog refinement and prioritization, and monitoring sprint progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives across multiple teams.
  • Coaching and Guidance: Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, adapting guidance to the maturity and structure of each team.
  • Backlog Refinement: Drive backlog refinement and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, and Team Leads.
  • Sprint Management: Monitor sprint progress, identify blockers, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
  • Fundamental Skills: Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work across multiple teams with different working styles and maturity levels.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Azure DevOps for task and sprint management.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, preferably in a multi-team environment. Experience working with software development teams across both modern and legacy platforms is essential.
