Job Overview

As a Change and Organisational Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving transformation within our organisation. You will support the adoption of enterprise agile ways of working, focusing on developing adaptive frameworks and tools to facilitate change.


The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to both traditional and agile change initiatives. This includes embedding new ways of working across the business, building an agile mindset, and facilitating organisational design and people change.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain frameworks and toolkits that enable effective delivery and embedding of people, organisational, and agile change.
  • Support planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery of business change projects and agile transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise-wide aims.
  • Track, monitor, and report on all organisational design, people change, and agile change activities, ensuring they are coordinated and integrated with other key activities.
  • Evaluate information and data to understand trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights that support continuous improvement and agile adoption.
  • Research relevant topics to support the development of people solutions with a focus on agile and continuous improvement.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with generalist HR experience and/or experience working on complex organisational, people, and agile change programs. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of organisational design, change management, agile transformation, and agile change management practices, theories, and models.


Additionally, the candidate must have strong facilitation skills, with experience in delivering workshops, retrospectives, or other agile ceremonies, as well as the ability to manage varying priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
