Agile Transformation Lead

Our company seeks a highly skilled Change Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this role is to provide expert-level support in change management and organizational development. This involves collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to design, deliver, and embed transformative changes that drive business agility and improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining adaptive frameworks and tools that facilitate effective people, organizational, and agile change initiatives.
Key responsibilities include supporting the planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery of business change projects and agile transformation initiatives. Additionally, the Change Specialist will track, monitor, and report on all organizational design, people change, and agile change activities to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide aims.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. They must possess excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills, with experience in delivering workshops, retrospectives, and other collaborative sessions. Proven project management skills, including knowledge of agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, are also essential.
