We're seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to join our innovative team.

Role Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in Agile methodologies and principles to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coach multiple Scrum teams to achieve greater maturity in Agile practices, ensuring a sustainable development pace.
  2. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to maintain alignment and progress.
  3. Participate in Scrum of Scrums and facilitate Program Increment (PI) execution.
  4. Collaborate with the product owner as a key team leader to proactively identify and resolve potential challenges before they arise.
  5. Monitor relevant metrics that report on progress, such as burndown charts, defect trends, user story/feature completion rates, capacity, and velocity.
  6. Support and enable product owners in managing backlogs, refining user stories, and ensuring priorities are clear to drive successful sprint outcomes aligned with business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  7. Anticipate and resolve obstacles hindering progress, enabling teams to focus on goals and deliver value consistently.
  8. Advocate for Agile principles and best practices across teams and the organization, coaching them towards self-organization within SAFe.
  9. Influence stakeholders, including leaders' Agile behavior, through direct feedback and guidance.
  10. Engage with individual squad members and groups to identify opportunities to improve Agile performance and practices, and enhance the Agile mindset.
