Role Overview

The Agile Facilitator is responsible for enabling effective collaboration across multiple software development teams with varying levels of maturity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate team ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams.
  • Cultivate best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies, adapting guidance to the needs and structure of each team.
  • Drive backlog refinement and prioritization in collaboration with product owners, architects, and team leads.
  • Maintain visibility into sprint progress, identify obstacles, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Promote consistency in task detail, estimation, and completion across all project boards.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and principles.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams with diverse working styles and maturity levels.
