About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert with a proven track record of success in facilitating Agile Release Trains (ART) and driving organisational change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Agile processes and ceremonies
  • Collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders
  • Serving as a servant leader for Agile teams within the ART
  • Monitoring and tracking progress towards PI objectives
  • Working with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
  • Embracing Agile principles, practices, and tools
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration across distributed teams
  • Driving Agile transformation initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Jira and Confluence mastery
  • Recognised Scrum Master certification
  • Possession of a strong passion for engineering challenges
  • Effective communication and influencing skills
