Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in leading and supporting multiple Agile teams in delivering high-value solutions within a SAFe environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and supporting multiple Scrum teams to improve Agile maturity and maintain sustainable delivery pace within SAFe
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums to ensure alignment and progress
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to manage backlogs, refine user stories, and align sprint goals with business KPIs
  • Tracking and communicating key Agile metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and defect trends to monitor team performance and delivery health
  • Proactively identifying and removing impediments to enable teams to stay focused and deliver consistent value
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with SAFe certification, and over two years of experience in the field
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, guiding teams toward self-organisation, continuous improvement, and Agile mindset adoption
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and drive Agile adoption in matrixed environments
  • Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and tracking key metrics, including velocity, burndown charts, and user story completion rates
