Job Opportunity

A Scrum Master position has become available within our organization. This role involves enabling Agile methodologies across various software development teams with differing levels of maturity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, across multiple teams.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices, adapting guidance to the maturity and structure of each team.
  • Drive backlog refinement and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, and Team Leads.
  • Monitor sprint progress, identify blockers, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Promote consistency in task detail, estimation, and completion across all project management boards.
  • Partner with Team Leads and Architects to improve board hygiene and accountability within project management.
  • Track delivery risks, impediments, and dependencies across teams, escalating where appropriate.
  • Produce regular reports on sprint progress, team velocity, and risks.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams with different working styles and maturity levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools for task and sprint management.
  • Organizational awareness and the ability to influence change.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
  • Comfortable working in hybrid teams involving development, operations, support across a broad ecosystem of technologies.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, preferably in a multi-team environment.
  • Experience working with software development teams across both modern and legacy platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools or similar Agile project management systems.
  • Proven track record of helping teams improve Agile practices and delivery consistency.
  • Experience supporting operational and production support teams alongside development projects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with risk tracking and delivery reporting to leadership stakeholders.
